API Character Limit Increase

We increased the limit for a single generation to 30k characters for our Turbo v2 model and to 10k for all other models. That's 30 minutes of audio with a single request. Longer limits mean you can provide more context to achieve more consistent prosody.

Before our limit was 5k characters (roughly ~5 minutes of audio). This meant that you'd have to split long-form content into chunks and context would be lost in between generations.
