API Keys: Restrict by Product (Beta)

It is now possible to limit each ElevenLabs API key's access by product.  For example you could allow access to the Text to Speech endpoints but block usage of all other endpoints.  This feature is marked as Beta meaning it may not yet be intended for production use in critical applications.
