Character Quota Rollover

ElevenLabs has implemented one of the most requested features, character rollover!  If you have characters remaining at the end of your monthly billing cycle, up to twice the plan's monthly quota will be carried into the next month.

For example, if a user is on the Creator plan and had 50,000 unused characters at the end of their monthly cycle, their character quota for the following month would be 150,000 characters: 50,000 characters rolled over from the previous month along with the 100,000 new character quota. 

However, if a Creator plan subscriber had 230,000 unused characters at the end of a monthly cycle, their new character quota would be 300,000 characters: 200,000 characters rolled over from the previous cycle along with the 100,000 new character quota.   As you can only rollover up to two times the plan's monthly quota (for the Creator plan this is 2 times 100,000 equaling 200,000), the 30,000 additional characters will not be retained.

As usual, if you upgrade your subscription, any remaining unused quota from the current billing cycle will be added to your new character quota and a new billing cycle will begin

Be aware that no characters will rollover upon downgrading.  If you request to cancel/downgrade the current plan will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.  Upon the start of the new billing cycle, you are, at that point, moved down to the selected plan and the character quota will reset to only the monthly character quota included with your new plan.
