Conversational AI: Webhook Tools

ElevenLabs has released a "Tools" feature within the Conversational AI Agent configuration.  A webhook tool allows the agent to extract specific information from the call and send it to your server.  This allows your agents to call external APIs, making it possible to get information, schedule appointments, and much more.
