Multilingual Model Improvements

ElevenLabs Multilingual v1 and Multilingual v2 models have improved text normalization when using the ElevenLabs website.  Numbers and symbols should be interpreted noticeably more accurately when generating speech.

This enhanced normalization does not apply to the API to avoid adding the extra latency to API calls.
