WebSockets API: Inactivity Timeout

An inactivity_timeout parameter has been added to the ElevenLabs WebSockets API.

This new parameter allows you to set the number of seconds that the connection can be inactive before it is automatically closed.  It defaults to 20 seconds, with a maximum allowed value of 180 seconds.
